1 cannacho cheese soup

mexican crispy tortilla strips

mexican blend shredded cheese
How To Make crock pot chicken enchilada soup

1Cook chicken in olive oil in skillet. Let stand for several minutes, then shred.

2Add all ingredients including shredded chicken to crock pot, stir well.

3Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve with above toppings per dish. ENJOY!
