Ingredients For crispy parmesan chicken strips

  • 2 lb
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c
    freshly grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • extra virgin olive oil to coat baking dish

How To Make crispy parmesan chicken strips

    Cut chicken breasts into strips. Dredge in milk. combine corn flakes, parmesan, garlic and salt. Coat chicken strips in cornflake mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees until chicken is done.

    Note: You can also cut the chicken into "nuggets" and make chicken nuggets. Experiment with the coating. You can add sesame seeds, coconut etc. If you make the coconut nuggets, fruity chutneys are delicious with them!
