These are kid friendly and nor as bad as the fried version,they're baked! I use low fat or fat free mayonnaise in the recipe,works great!

Ingredients For crispy oven baked chicken fingers

  • 1 pkg
    chicken tenders
  • 1 pt
    mayonnaise, fat-free,or light mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    fresh bread crumbs(i use whole wheat)
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 3 Tbsp
    grated cheese(whatever your kids like)
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 can
    cooking spray

How To Make crispy oven baked chicken fingers

    Remove the tenders from the package,rinse with cold water and pat dry.Spray your baking sheet with the cooking spray.preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the tenders on the baking sheet,two inches apart.

    in a medium bowl mix together the bread crumbs,spices,parsley,lemon juice and cheese. Spread or brush the top of the tenders with the mayonnaise,then generously sprinkle the bread crumb mixture on the tenders and bake for twenty five minutes.

    Serve immediately with their favorite dipping sauce or with a side of vegetables,salad.
