Ingredients For crispy lemon chicken

4 tbsp. melted butter

3 tbsp. lemon juice

4 tbsp. dry sherry

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 t. chopped parsley

1 chicken, halved (2 1/2 to 3 lbs.)

2 t. natural meat tenderizer, unseasoned

pepper to taste
How To Make crispy lemon chicken

1In small bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. Mix well. Set aside

2Moisten chicken with water; sprinkle evenly with tenderizer. Use no salt. Pierce chicken deeply with fork; Repeat on all sides. Season with pepper.

3. Place chicken skin side down on broiler pan. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat, basting frequently about 20 minutes per side or until done. Serves 4 Source: My Old Recipes
