  • non stick cooking spray
  • 2/3 c
    mashed potato flakes
  • 1/3 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1
    2 1/2 to 3 lbs. broiler fryer chicken, cut up
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/3 c
    italian dressing

How To Make crispy italian oven baked chicken

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat baking pans with non stick cooking spray.

    Combine mashed potato flakes, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, and garlic salt in a shallow bowl. Stir until well mixed.

    Coat pieces with flour, dip in Italian dressing. Coat well with potato flake mixture. Place in prepared pan.

    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or intil juices in chicken run clear.
