2/3 cmashed potato flakes

1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese

2 tspparsley flakes

1 tspgarlic salt

12 1/2 to 3 lbs. broiler fryer chicken, cut up

1/4 cflour
-
1/3 citalian dressing
How To Make crispy italian oven baked chicken

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat baking pans with non stick cooking spray.

2Combine mashed potato flakes, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, and garlic salt in a shallow bowl. Stir until well mixed.

3Coat pieces with flour, dip in Italian dressing. Coat well with potato flake mixture. Place in prepared pan.

4Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or intil juices in chicken run clear.
