    crushed butter crackers

    black pepper

    onion powder

    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c
    cold butter, cubed

How To Make crispy cracker butter chicken

  • Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Beaten eggs in one bowl and crushed seasoned butter crackers in a second bowl.

    In a shallow bowl, place the 2 beaten eggs. In another shallow bowl, combine the crushed crackers, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Dredge chicken in the beaten eggs.

    Dredge a chicken breast in the beaten egg.
  • Dredge chicken in crushed butter crackers.

  • Coated chicken in the greased baking dish.
