Ingredients For creamy spinach chicken breasts

    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1
    8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1
    10 oz box frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry.

How To Make creamy spinach chicken breasts

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 8" square baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place chicken in pan.

    In bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well until fully blended.

    Evenly spread spinach mix over chicken and bake 35 mins.
