Ingredients For creamy italian chicken and noodles

3 mdboneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cdiced onion

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbspbutter

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 tsponion powder
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder

1 tspitalian seasoning
-
1/2 tspdried parsley or 1 tablespoon chopped, fresh

1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1/2 cwater
-
1/3 cheavy cream or milk
-
1/4 cwhite wine
-
2 tspchicken bouillon granules
-
1 pkgpasta ribbons or egg noodles

3 Tbspbutter
How To Make creamy italian chicken and noodles

1Cut chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. In a large skillet over medium heat; heat butter and olive oil. Add onions, garlic and chicken. Cook and stir until onions are transparent and chicken is almost done.

2Add to chicken the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and parsley. Stir in the cream of chicken soup, water, cream or milk, wine and bouillon granules. Bring to boil; reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered for about 25 to 30 minutes.

3While mixture simmers; cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain the noodles and stir in the butter. ( I added some fresh chopped green onions and shredded parmesan to my noodles)

4Serve chicken mixture on top of noodles. Enjoy!
