Baked chicken is my favorite comfort food, so I created a new baked chicken recipe with the addition of honey margarine, making it creamy and delicious.

Ingredients For creamy honey margarine baked chicken

1 cmargarine

3/4 choney
-
8 lgfresh chicken thighs, skin on

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspdried thyme
-
` tspdried rosemary
-
1 Tbsppoultry seasoning

1 Tbspsea salt mixed with black pepper

3/4 cchicken broth
-
3/4 cheavy cream
-
4 ozcream cheese, softened
-
3 TbspDijon mustard mixed with brown sugar
How To Make creamy honey margarine baked chicken

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Whisk the margarine and honey together in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.

3Pat dry the chicken thighs with a kitchen towel.

4In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, poultry seasoning and sea salt/black pepper; mix well.

5Add the chicken thighs and toss for 3 minutes until coated. Stir in 3 tablespoons honey margarine.

6Pour the chicken broth into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer.

7Bake for 20 minutes.

8Remove the baking dish from the oven, baste the chicken thighs with the pan juice. Transfer the chicken thighs from the baking dish to a large plate.

9To the pan juice in the baking dish, add the heavy cream, 2 tablespoons honey margarine, cream cheese and Dijon mustard/brown sugar. Mix well.

10Put the baked chicken thighs back to the baking dish in a single layer. Bake for another 20 minutes.

11Cool for 5 minutes. Spread remaining honey margarine on both baked chicken thighs.
