This is an easy and flavorful pasta dish. I love cooking in the Crock Pot and coming home to the smell of dinner when I've been gone all day.

If you need a quick-to-prep dinner recipe, try this creamy Crock Pot chicken with pasta. As long as chicken breasts are in the freezer, it's made with what is in most kitchens. Combining cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and butter creates a creamy and rich sauce. A packet of Italian seasoning adds a zesty zing to it. We served this chicken dinner over fettuccine pasta, but use your favorite or what's handy.

cream cheese

dry Italian dressing mix (.6 oz)

How To Make creamy crock pot chicken with pasta

Place frozen chicken in the bottom of a Crock Pot. Chicken can be whole or cut into slices.

Cut butter into cubes. Add to the slow cooker.

Cut cream cheese into pieces and add it to the slow cooker.

Add Italian seasoning mix.

Add cream of chicken soup. Cook on low for 6 hours, or high for 4 hours, stirring periodically to mix sauce.

If using full chicken breasts, shred the chicken and mix in with the sauce.

Boil the pasta to al dente.

Drain but don't rinse.

Toss the pasta and chicken mixture together.
