~ creamy chicken noodle skillet ~
A quick and tasty one skillet meal I had on the table in 25 minutes. I had the chicken already cooked. Prep the night before and it can be on the table in 15 minutes tops. Leftover rotisserie chicken would be great for this dish, to subtract even more time on a busy schedule. Enjoy!

2 1/2 cegg noodles, cooked and drained

2 ccooked, cubed chicken

1 cmixed vegetables, thawed and par cooked in water, drain

2 Tbspbutter

1/2 ceach - chopped onion & chopped celery

3/4 Tbspminced garlic - i used jarred this time

3 cchicken broth
-
1 tspchicken bullion powder or paste
-
1/4 tspbells - poultry seasoning

1/4 tspgarlic salt
-
salt& pepper to taste

1 tspparsley paste

1 cmilk

1/4 cflour

1egg
How To Make ~ creamy chicken noodle skillet ~

1Cook noodles and drain

2In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook the onions, celery and garlic until tender. About 3 minutes.

3In a bowl, whisk together the flour, egg and milk and set aside Add the broth and seasonings and bring to a boil. Once boiling add the noodles, chicken and vegetables and return to a boil.

4Slowly stir in the flour mixture and bring to a boil and stir until thickened. Taste and add more seasoning if needed.

5Serve immediately. ** Turkey and other vegetables can be used in place of the chicken and mixed vegetables.
