Ingredients For creamy chicken and rice casserole

  • 1 lb
    bone in chicken parts (legs, thighs, breast, wings)
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/4 c
    uncooked white rice
  • 1 pinch
    rosemary, dried
  • mayonnaise

How To Make creamy chicken and rice casserole

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • 2
    Mix together the soups, rosemary and uncooked white rice
  • 3
    Pour soup mixture into a long baking dish and lay chicken pieces on top
  • 4
    Lightly coat each chicken piece with mayonnaise and bake in preheated oven, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through
