creamy chicken and rice
This Instant Pot recipe is a delicious, warm and comforting dish. Easy to make because you basically "throw" the ingredents in a pot, put on the lid and sit down. I used chicken thighs but I'm sure any part (s) of the chicken would work. My family ate it up so fast, i could hardly get a picture. Will post a better one soon or be my guest and add one of your own. If you don't have an Instant pot, follow the directions except put in a casserole dish and cover. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.

Pressure Cooker/Instant Pot
Ingredients For creamy chicken and rice

4chicken thighs

salt and pepper to taste

2 canmushrooom soup

1 boxmccormick chicken gravy

2 cinstant rice
-
1 cwater
How To Make creamy chicken and rice

1Combine soup, gravy and water into an Instant pot and stir.

2Salt and pepper chicken thigh s on both sides.

3Add chicken thighs to soup mixture in the Instant pot.

4Sprinkle rice on top of thighs. Do NOT stir.

5Attach lid and set steamer vent to close.

6Turn Instant pot on set at high pressure, 35 minutes.

7When done, let pot vent naturally for 10 minutes. This is done by. Simply leaving the pot alone.

8Open vent using pot holders. Let pot vent completely.

9Take lid off and enjoy.
