I love casserole and casserole-like recipes. And, like my husband says, cream of mushroom soup makes everything better! :)

Ingredients For creamy chicken and noodles (super easy!)

  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped onion
  • olive oil
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    10 oz of chunk chicken, drained
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    (6 oz) of sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 12 oz bag of egg noodles, cooked per package instructions

How To Make creamy chicken and noodles (super easy!)

    Heat onion in oil until tender over medium heat. Add chicken, mushroom soup and mushrooms. Cook until heated throughout.

    Reduce heat to low. Add sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot egg noodles.
