Ingredients For creamy & cheesy chicken enchiladas

1chicken breast per person
-
1 candiced chiles
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 csourcream
-
1 canenchilada sauce
-
shredded cheese
-
flour tortillas
-
1 cansliced olives
-
taco seasoning mix (adjust to your personal taste)
How To Make creamy & cheesy chicken enchiladas

1boil chicken breasts and shred.

2Place in skillet, mix w/taco seasoning till well blended.

3While that is heating through mix diced chiles, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and enchilada sauce in a bowl, set aside.

4place desired amount of chicken in each tortilla, add some cheese, and roll.

5Place in a 9x13 baking pan. Once full pour mixture over the enchiladas.

6Top w/more cheese, add sliced olives. Bake in 350* oven for approx 30min or until hot and bubbly.
