Ingredients For crackered chicken

4boneless chicken breasts or

6chicken thighs, skinless and boneless

1sleeve of low fat wheat crackers

1stick of light butter
-
1/2 tspgarlic pepper seasoning

1/4 tspmrs. dash fiesta lime seasoning

1/2 cupcup of fresh parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make crackered chicken

1Preheat oven to 350'. Melt butter, put aside. Crush crackers, add seasonings and add cheese. Roll clean patted dry chicken in butter, then in cracker mixture. Put in 13 x 9 pan. Pour remaining butter over all. Bake 40-50 minutes until juices run clear.
