Ingredients For cowboy game hens

  • 8-10
    cornish game hens
  • 1 bottle
    jack daniel's horseradish mustard
  • 1 bottle
    jack danel's bbq sauce
  • 1 stick
    spiced garlic butter
  • 1 c
    water, warm /or alittle wiskey

How To Make cowboy game hens

    Prepair a fire in fire pit. Wash and dry hens.. Rub hens with garlick / spiced butter. line them up on the spit.Se 1/2-1 foot above fire.Over med heat.

    turn hens 1/4 turn every 15-20 min. Thin mustard with water/or wiskey. wile hens are cooking baste with mustard and BBQ sauce. Continue turning every 15-20 min. Hens are done when juices run clear. Serve over cooked rice
