Ingredients For country fried chicken

2 call purpose flour
-
1 1/2 Tbspseasoned salt
-
1 Tbspgranulated garlic
-
1 1/2 Tbspcoursely ground fresh black pepper

1 cbuttermilk
-
4chicken breasts boneless and skinless

1/2 ctobasco or hot pepper sace
-
other seasonings as preferred
How To Make country fried chicken

1Add the flour and spices together. Place in a ziploc bag.

2Dry the chicken breasts with paper towels. Combine the buttermilk and hot pepper sauce.

3Dredge the chicken breasts in the buttermilk. Place the chicken, one breast at a time, in the flour mixture. Place on a plate. Dip the chicken into the buttermilk again, and flour again.

4Put the prepared chicken in hot oil (around 350 degrees) and allow to brown well on each side. Drain on paper towels or a brown paper bag. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes to cool and so the juices will not run.
