Ingredients For confetti chicken chili

  • 1 lb
    ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 lg
    onion
  • 3 1/2 c
    reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can
    15 oz great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2
    carrots, chopped
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2
    plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1
    jalapeno pepper, finely chopped(optional)
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground red pepper

How To Make confetti chicken chili

  • 1
    Spray large nonstick saucepan with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add Chicken and Onion; cook and stir minutes or until chicken is browned. Drain Fat.

    Add remaining ingredients to saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
