1This recipe came from Everyday Food Magazine. We had it with baked chicken the other night and I think it is going to be a favorite because it is so light and would work great in fish tacos and with other foods--ribs, steak, etc.

Ingredients For coleslaw

4 cshredded cabbage and carrots (or 1 package coleslaw mix)

salt and pepper to taste

4 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspwhite-wine vinegar
How To Make coleslaw

1Dress cabbage mixture with salt and pepper, olive oil, and vinegar, then toss.
