Ingredients For coconut chicken oriental

  • 2 1/2 lb
    chicken thighs, remove bones, skin, fat
  • 1 lg
    sliced onion
  • 6 clove
    garlic crushed and chopped
  • 1 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    tamari sauce
  • 1/3 c
    hoison sauce
  • 1/3 c
    worstershire sauce
  • 1 c
    coconut milk, unsweetened

How To Make coconut chicken oriental

  • 1
    Put the cleaned chicken thighs in a large saute pan and add all of the ingredients except the coconut milk.

    Simmer with the lid on until the chicken is no longer pink inside.

    Add the whole can of coconut milk just before serving. This is good over rice or Oriental Noodles.
