citrus chicken sorrento

This delicious dish is no longer on the menu, so I'm saving the recipe here so I can make it at home. It features tender, grilled chicken breast in a citrus honey glaze. It was inspired by Sorrento, Italy (famous for its lemon groves). It's served with lightly seasoned broccoli, artichokes and roasted seasonal vegetables. The dish was prepared by Olive Garden's Chef Anthony Humphrey on WBRC News (Birmingham, AL) on Feb, 16, 2015. It pairs well with Castello del Poggio Moscato (a crisp white wine with notes of fresh Orange Blossom, white peach and honey that leads to a crisp, lingering finish).
