Ingredients For cinnamon lime chicken, diabetic

4boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 Tbspcinnamon or to taste

1 Tbspolive oil

1/2 mdwhite onion, minced

2 clovegarlic, minced

juice from 3 limes
How To Make cinnamon lime chicken, diabetic

1Heat oven to 400°F. Combine salt and cinnamon. Rub mixture into chicken breasts.

2Place chicken on baking sheet and cook in the oven until juices run clear (Approximately 15-20 minutes). Remove chicken from oven let cool

3While chicken is cooling, mince onion and garlic. Saute in frying pan.

4Tear cooled chicken into thin strips. Place chicken in pan with onion and garlic. Add lime juice.

5Simmer for about 15 minutes or until hot. Serve by itself or in corn tortillas.
