This came in an email from Kitchen Daily and I have made it several times. You can use sour cream and onion chips...vinnegar and salt or any kind of chips you choose. I will post a pic when I make it again.

Ingredients For chip chicks

1 1/2 lbboneless chicken tenders

1egg
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1/4 tspblack pepper

12 ozbarbecue-flavored potato chips, crushed fine
How To Make chip chicks

1Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a large cookie sheet or cover it with foil.

2Put the crushed chips into a shallow dish.

3In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, and milk, and pepper. Soak the cut-up chicken tenders in this mixture for five minutes.

4Taking a few at a time, flop the chicken tenders around in the chips until well coated. Arrange them on the cookie sheet and bake for ten minutes. Turn them over and bake for ten more minutes, or until nicely browned. Serve hot or cold, with a dipping sauce if you want.
