Ingredients For chinese chicken salad

4chicken breasts, sauted and seasoned

3 pkgchicken ramen noodles, broken in package

1/2 cvegetable oil (any oil will do)

1/4 csesame oil

6-7 Tbspseasoned rice vinegar (add more to taste if needed)

1 pkgsplenda (or sugar equivilent)

1- 16 ozpackage 3 color coleslaw mix

1/2head romaine lettuce, finely sliced
-
1 bunchgreen onions, sliced

1 small pkgsliced almonds , toasted

3 Tbspchopped cilantro
How To Make chinese chicken salad

1Make Dressing: In a small bowl, wisk together oils, vinegar, splenda and 3 seasoning packets from ramen noodles. Heat to almost boiling, then Chill.

2Make Salad: Toss together lettuce, cole slaw mix, onions and diced chicken. Layer broken noodles on top and sprinkle with almonds and cilantro. Cover and Chill until ready to serve. Toss Salad and cold dressing when ready to serve.
