3boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces

1 Tbspshaoxing wine

2 tspcornstarch

1/4 tspsalt
- SAUCE

2 Tbspblack bean sauce

1 Tbspshaoxing wine

1 Tbspoyster sauce
-
1 Tbspwater
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
1/8 tspblack pepper
- STIR FRY

2 Tbsppeanut oil
-
1 tspgrated ginger
-
6 clovegarlic minced

3 smshallots diced
-
green onion and cilantro chopped for garnish
How To Make chinese chicken in black bean sauce

1Combine the chicken with the marinade and set aside. Combine the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.

2Add one tbsp oil to a large skillet or wok. Add the chicken to the oil in a single layer and let brown on one side. Flip the chicken and brown on the other. Remove from pan and set aside.

3Add the other tbsp of oil to the pan and add the shallot, ginger and garlic. Saute 1 minute. Add the sauce. Give it a stir then add back the chicken. Cook about 1 minute until sauce thickens. garnish with green onion and cilantro and serve over rice.
