My husband loves this recipe! I received it from my mom who got it from my aunt. You can use low sodium soy sauce and can omit or add anything you want. I don't use nuts in mine and sometimes I add celery for a little more crunch.

Ingredients For chinese chicken casserole

3 ccooked chopped chicken breasts

2 tsplemon juice, fresh

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 canbean sprouts

5 ozwater chestnuts

1 canchow mein noodles
-
1/4 cchopped almonds
-
1 cmayonnaise or miracle whip...whichever you prefer
How To Make chinese chicken casserole

1Marinate chicken overnight in lemon juice and soy sauce.

2Mix everything except chow mein noodles and nuts.

3Put in 13x9 greased pan.

4Top with chow mein noodles and nuts.

5Bake at 350 degrees (F) 25-30 minutes
