Ingredients For chinese chicken casserole

  • 2 c
    cooked chicken diced
  • 1 c
    diced celery
  • 1 c
    diced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c
    onion chopped
  • 4 oz
    sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise or plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 pkg
    pepperidge farm dressing
  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine

How To Make chinese chicken casserole

    Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients(except topping which consists of dressing and butter or margarine) and place in a 2 quart ovenware dish.

    Saute Pepperidge Farm Dressing with butter or margarine enough to cover the cassorle dish
  • 4
    Bake 35 minutes - may need tin foil to keep top from browning too much or just just keep a check on it

    Recipe easily doubles
