Ingredients For chinese chicken casserole

2 ccooked chicken diced

1 cdiced celery
-
1 cdiced fresh mushrooms

1 conion chopped
-
4 ozsliced water chestnuts

1 ccooked rice
-
1 cancream of chicken soup

3/4 cmayonnaise or plain yogurt

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 pkgpepperidge farm dressing

1/4 cbutter or margarine
How To Make chinese chicken casserole

1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

2Mix all ingredients(except topping which consists of dressing and butter or margarine) and place in a 2 quart ovenware dish.

3Saute Pepperidge Farm Dressing with butter or margarine enough to cover the cassorle dish

4Bake 35 minutes - may need tin foil to keep top from browning too much or just just keep a check on it
