    bell pepper, chopped

    celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 lb
    chicken breast, chopped
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    hot sauce

How To Make chinese chicken casserole

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray square baking dish with cooking spray.

    Combine chicken, celery, bell pepper and onion in the dish and sprinkle with garlic.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour on top of chicken and vegetables.

    Cover dish with foil and bake for one hour. Serve on rice.
