OK, all you garlic lovers, here's your dish! Modified this from a recipe I saw in a local magazine, and found it to be exceptionally tasty. I used chicken tenders, but any cut would work.

Ingredients For chimichurri chicken
- MARINATE

2limes, juiced

1/4 colive oil

3 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspcumin

1 tsppepper

1/2 tspsalt
- CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

1 bunchcilantro, fresh

6-8 clovegarlic
-
1 tspsalt

1lime, zested and juiced
-
5 Tbspolive oil
- MEAT

4-6chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless or equivilent chicken tenders
How To Make chimichurri chicken

1Prepare marinate by whisking together lime juice and next five ingredients.

2Combine marinate and chicken in a large bowl, cover and chill for two hours.

3Prepare sauce by processing all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

4Remove chicken from marinate and discard marinate. Grill chicken over medium-high heat, until juices run clear, about 4-5 minutes per side.
