Ingredients For chimichangas

3 cchopped chicken breasts

1/3 cgreen onions, chopped with tops

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 cbutter, melted

1/2 cjack cheese, grated

2/3 cpicante sauce

1 tspcumin

8flour tortillas
-
1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make chimichangas

1Combine chicken, sauce, onion, cumin, oregano and salt in a saucepan.

2Simmer 5 minutes or until most of liquid has evaporated.

3Brush one side of tortillas with butter.

4Spoon about 1/2 cup of mixture on unbuttered side of tortilla.

5Top with cheese, fold over and bake in a dish for about 15 minutes.
