Ingredients For chimichangas

1 smchopped onion

1 Tbspoil

3 cloveminced garlic

2 csalsa

1 1/2 tspchili powder

1/2 tspground cumin

1/2 tspcinnamon

pinchsalt

2 1/2 ccooked shredded chicken or turkey

812" flour tortillas

1 crefried beans
How To Make chimichangas

1Saute onion and garlic until tender, add salsa, chili powder, cumin, cinnamon and salt. Fold in chicken, remove from heat and set aside. Spoon 2 T beans down center of each tortilla, top with scant 1/2 c chicken m ixture. Fold top and bottom, then roll. Secure with wooden toothpicks if necessary. Place in 9x13 seam down. Bake at 450 degrees 20-25 min or until golden brown and crisp, turning and respraying pan after 10 min.
