The fried wings is delicious with the sweet savory chili garlic sauce.

Ingredients For chili garlic wings

  • 1 lb
    chicken wings
  • 11/2 c
    water
  • 1 md
    onion cut into chunks
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    2 minute marinade honey, chili & garlic
  • 1
    jalapeno peppers(deseeded and cut in half)
  • 1/12 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • CHILI GARLIC SAUCE
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    2 minute marinade honey, chili & garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • green onion cut into pieces
  • oil for frying

How To Make chili garlic wings

    Add the water to a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and the jalapeno pepper.

    Add the garlic the 2 tablespoons of marinade. Add a good amount of salt. Add tablespoon of pepper.

    Let mixture come to a boil. Cool to room temperature. Add chicken wings to a zip lock back and pour brine over it and refrigerate over night.

    Add oil to a frying pan and heat over medium-low. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry.

    Add the Panko crumbs to a plate. Add the eggs to a bowl and beat them. salt and pepper the bread crumbs.

    Dip the wings in egg then bread crumbs. Fry in batches till golden brown and no longer pink.

    While chicken is frying. Put a small sauce pan on medium-low heat. Add the tomato sauce, garlic, honey, mustard, the marinade Salt and. pepper to taste.

    Cook until sauce thickens. About 45 minutes.

    Add chicken to a plate and drizzle sauce all over. Sprinkle green onion over top.
