My boyfriend was a fan of these! And they look so adorable :)Great served with taco fixings like sour cream, guac, etc. If desired, sprinkle with cheese and bake until meleted during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Ingredients For chili chicken wonton cups

1/2 lbcooked chicken breast (about 1 1/4 cups)

2 smyellow squash

1 mdgreen or red bell pepper

1 ccorn kernels, frozen
-
1jalapeno (optional)

3/4 cmarinara sauce
-
1 tspchili powder
-
1/2 tsponion powder
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
salt and pepper, to taste

24square wonton wrappers
How To Make chili chicken wonton cups

1Dice up the cooked chicken, yellow squash, bell pepper, and jalapeno. Combine in a large bowl with the corn, marinara sauce, and spices. Set aside.

2Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

3Prepare a muffin tin with nonstick spray. Line with 2 wonton wrappers in each well, overlapping them to create a “cup.”

4Fill each wonton cup with the mixture. Bake 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. If desired, add shredded cheese during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
