Ingredients For chili-chicken stew

1whole chicken, cooked, skinned, deboned and cubed

1 conion, chopped

1 mdgreen bell pepper, chopped

2garlic cloves, minced

2 Tbspoil

1 can15-oz pinto beans, drained

3/4 csalsa (pace or other)

1 tspchili powder
-
1 tspground cumin
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2 can14-1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
- TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL)

cheddar cheese, shredded
-
green onions, chopped
-
avocados, diced
-
sour cream
How To Make chili-chicken stew

1Cook and prepare chicken. In a large soup pot saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender. Add chicken and heat through. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Ladle into bowls and top with any or all of the following ingredients.
