chicken and sticky rice

This is the first dinner I really made on my own, when I moved out of my parents house and had my first date over for dinner I made this dish, he loved the dish but didn't win his heart; it is one of my hubby's favorite rib sticking fall back on winter dinner. It's easy to put together and tastes great; great for a chore day.

Ingredients For chicken and sticky rice

1 1/2 cminute rice

1 cancream of chicken soup ( i use herbed cream of chicken soup)

1 cancream of mushroom soup ( i use cream of chicken and mushroom soup)

1 cansoup can milk

1fryer chicken, cut up

1 pkgdry onion soup mix

salt & pepper
-
paprika
How To Make chicken and sticky rice

1Mix rice soups, and milk together in casserole dish. Place the chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with the dry onion soup, salt and pepper and paprika to taste.

2Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours uncovered.

3NOTE: May add 1 can sliced mushrooms and or sliced water chestnuts.
