Ingredients For chicken with mushroom gravy

4chicken legs or thighs

1 Tbspparsley

1 tsponions, minced

4 ozmushrooms, sliced and drained

1 canmushroom gravy

1 cwater
-
1/4 tsppepper

1/4 tspsalt

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspbasil
-
1 tsporegano
-
2 Tbspolive oil

1/4 clemon juice

1 tspgarlic powder
How To Make chicken with mushroom gravy

1Place chicken in a roasting pan.

2In small bowl, comnbine lemon juice, oil and seasonings. Pour over chicken.

3Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

4Turn chicken twice and baste occasionally. Remove from oven.

5For the gravy, combine water and cornstarch in pan.
-
6Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil over medium heat. Spoon over chicken.

7Cover loosely with foil.

8Bake, basting frequently for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
