This recipe is very simple to make and delicious to eat! I love the addition of the pecan chips--they give it a pleasant crunch. You can also use crumbled almonds, cashews or walnuts, whichever you prefer or you can leave the nuts out altogether.

Ingredients For chicken with ginger glaze

4boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 pkguncle ben's long grain & wild rice, fast cook

1/2 cchicken broth

1/2 cbrown sugar

1/4 cdijon mustard

1/4 choney
-
1/4 cpecan chips

1-1/2 tspginger powder

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken with ginger glaze

1Salt and pepper the chicken to your taste. In a large, non-stick skillet brown chicken and cook, covered, until done, about 40 minutes for large breasts, 30 for small.

2Prepare the rice mix according to directions on the package.

3Mix together chicken broth, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, honey, ginger and pecans in a saucepan.

4Stir mixture constantly over medium heat until it forms a glaze. Remove from heat and set aside.

5When chicken is done, drizzle it with the glaze and serve with the rice.
