Ingredients For chicken with cranberries

8chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

1 tspoil

3/4 conion, thinly sliced

1 cketchup

1-3 tspthai chili sauce

1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1 1/2 Tbspvinegar

1 1/2 tspdry mustard

1 canwhole jellied cranberries

1/4 cgreen onions, chopped
How To Make chicken with cranberries

1Preheat the overn to 400 degrees F. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish that has been greased. Bake 25 minutes uncovered.

2While chicken is cooking, saute the onion until softened. Remove from the heat and add the ketchup, Thai chili sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and cranberries.

3Remove the chicken from the oven after the 25 minutes and drain any liquid. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake for another 10 - 15 minutes more. Garnish with green onions and serve.
