This chicken is awesome!! They taste like spareribs, but are actually chicken. It's all in the sauce.

Ingredients For chicken w/ sparerib sauce

1 Tbspcanola oil

2 lbboneless, skinless chicken thighs

3/4 cplus 1 tbsp water

1/4 clite soy sauce

1/3 cpacked light brown sugar

3 Tbspketchup
-
2 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1 tspminced garlic
-
1/4 tspground ginger

1 Tbspcornstarch
How To Make chicken w/ sparerib sauce

1Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Add chicken. Brown on all sides for about 5-7 mins.

2In bowl, combine 3/4 cup water, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, garlic and ginger. Mix well and stir into chicken in skillet.

3Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 15 mins, stirring occasionally. In small bowl, combine cornstarch and 1 tbsp water until smooth. Stir into skillet and cook until sauce thickens. I serve this over rice.
