Ingredients For chicken w ginger ( kai phat khing)

    boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • 1 c
    shiitake mushroom sliced and stemmed
  • 1 sm
    onion cut into rings
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh ginger grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    each soy sauce, fish sauce, & rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 c
    scallions chopped
  • 1/4 c
    fresh cilantro chopped

How To Make chicken w ginger ( kai phat khing)

    In a large skillet or wok add the oil. Add onion rings and garlic cook until softened. Add the mushrooms and chicken and cook until chicken is opaque

    Stir in ginger then add the soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar and sugar cook until sauce has reduced a bit . Remove from heat and add scallions and cilantro
