2boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into chunks

1 cshiitake mushroom sliced and stemmed

1 smonion cut into rings

6 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspfresh ginger grated

2 Tbspeach soy sauce, fish sauce, & rice vinegar

1 cscallions chopped

1/4 cfresh cilantro chopped
How To Make chicken w ginger ( kai phat khing)

1In a large skillet or wok add the oil. Add onion rings and garlic cook until softened. Add the mushrooms and chicken and cook until chicken is opaque

2Stir in ginger then add the soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar and sugar cook until sauce has reduced a bit . Remove from heat and add scallions and cilantro
