My husband loves this dish! He's all the time wanting me to fix it. I fixed this at a family get together recently and it was a hit!!! It's a complete meal because it has your meat and veggies in it. Give it a try. :)

Ingredients For chicken veggie casserole

  • 2 c
    shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1
    sleeve of ritz crackers, crushed
  • shredded cheese

How To Make chicken veggie casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix layers of chicken(I buy my chicken precooked, but whatever kind of chicken you choose to use, precook it and pull apart), cr of mushroom, sour cream, and frozen mixed veggies in a casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with desired amount of shredded cheese.

    Cover with sleeve of crushed ritz crackers.

    Melt butter and pour over crackers.

    Bake for around 45 minutes.
