Ingredients For chicken vegetable ramen

1 pkgramen noodles

2boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces

seasoning packet from noodles

1 Tbspoil

1 smonion diced

4 clovegarlic minced

1 cshiitake mushrooms stemmed and sliced

1 ccarrots cut into matchsticks

1 1/2 cwater
-
1 cred cabbage thinly sliced

fresh cilantro for garnish
- SAUCE

1 Tbspeach dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and mirin
How To Make chicken vegetable ramen

1Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Season the chicken with the packet of seasoning from the ramen package. Place oil in a wok or large skillet

2Add the onion and garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Add the chicken and cook until the outsides are beginning to brown. Add the sauce mix and cook 1 minute. Add the mushrooms and cook 3 more minutes. Add the carrots cook 2 more minutes. Add the water and bring to a boil

3Drop the noodles in the boiling water. Stir it around and then turn it over and keep cooking and breaking up the noodles. Add the cabbage and cook 2 minutes. Serve garnished with the cilantro
