    orange
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweet paprika
  • kosher salt
  • olive oil
  • 4 lg
    chicken thighs
  • 8 slice
    store bought fully cooked bacon

How To Make chicken thighs with sweet paprika wrapped in bacon

    Zest the orange into a bowl. Eat the orange. Add the Sweet Paprika and salt. Mix well.

    Preheat oven 400 degrees. . Place the chicken thighs on baking pan. Drizzle the olive oil over the thighs. Loosen the top skin and remove it but don't discard it.

    Rub the Paprika mixture over the chicken thighs. Wrap 2 slice of bacon on each thigh. Carefully place the skin back over the chicken.

    Back 30 to 40 minutes. until the chicken is done and skin is crispy.
