Ingredients For chicken thighs with apricot jam sage & lemon zest

    bone in skin on chicken thighs
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 sprig
    fresh sage leaves only
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    lemon
  • 1/2 c
    apricot jam chunks cut up
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • clove
    garlic minced

How To Make chicken thighs with apricot jam sage & lemon zest

    In a large bowl massage the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Add the sage and 1 tbsp olive oil massage again. cover and let marinate over night.

    Preheat oven 400 degrees. Grate the lemon zist into a small bowl. add the juice of the lemon and apricot jam. Mix well stir in the worcestershire sauce and garlic
  • 3
    Remove the chicken from the marinade and brush away the sage leaves. Rub the apricot glaze over the chicken thighs. Place the chicken into a baking pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
