Ingredients For chicken tetrazzini casserole

12 ozspaghetti

1 1/2 tspvegetable oil

1/2 tspsalt

1 1/2 tspbutter

1/4 cchopped onion
-
1 canclove garlic
-
1 cancream of mushroom 10 oz.

1 cancream of chicken 10 oz

1 cchicken broth (no salt)

1 tspseasoned salt

3 cshredded american cheese
-
4 cshredded chicken or 2 cans drained

2 Tbspchopped parsley
-
2 Tbspdiced red bell pepper (optional)
How To Make chicken tetrazzini casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 baking pan. Boil spaghetti. Drain and place in baking pan.

2Heat butter, onion, garlic for 2 minutes. Add soup, broth, seasoning and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Add chicken, mix well and fold into spaghetti. Cover with foil bake for 30 minutes.

3Remove foil top and add remaining cheese for 2 minutes.
