Ingredients For chicken tetrazzini casserole

  • 12 oz
    spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 can
    clove garlic
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom 10 oz.
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken 10 oz
  • 1 c
    chicken broth (no salt)
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 3 c
    shredded american cheese
  • 4 c
    shredded chicken or 2 cans drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced red bell pepper (optional)

How To Make chicken tetrazzini casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 baking pan. Boil spaghetti. Drain and place in baking pan.

    Heat butter, onion, garlic for 2 minutes. Add soup, broth, seasoning and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Add chicken, mix well and fold into spaghetti. Cover with foil bake for 30 minutes.

    Remove foil top and add remaining cheese for 2 minutes.
