This is one of my favorite dinners! My family loves it and its so easy. I'm not into measuring things or timing I'm more of "wing-it" cook:) So I will give you an idea of cook times and measurements but please use your own judgement and do what works for you!

Ingredients For chicken tetrazzini

1/2 boxspaghetti, cooked and drained

1/4 cbutter
-
1/4 call purpose flour
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 cchicken broth
-
2 Tbspdry sherry ( or chicken broth)

1 cheavy cream
-
2 ccooked chicken, cubed

1 canmushrooms
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese
How To Make chicken tetrazzini

1Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease casserole dish with butter or non-stick spray.

2Melt butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly on medium heat.

3Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup broth and cream. Return to heat and bring to boil-stirring constantly for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

4Stir in sherry, spaghetti, chicken and mushrooms. Pour into casserole dish and cover with parmesan cheese. Bake for about 20-30 mins until bubbly.
