Ingredients For chicken tetrazini, mom

  • 5 lb
    chicken
  • 1 c
    onion, diced
  • 1 c
    celery, diced
  • dash
    salt
  • 1/2 lb
    spaghetti
  • 2 can
    mushroom soup
  • 4 oz
    mushrooms, canned
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • pinch
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire
  • 11 slice
    kraft old english cheese slices
  • parmesan cheese
  • bread crumbs

How To Make chicken tetrazini, mom

  • 1
    Boil chicken with onion, celery and salt in water to cover. Save broth, use to boil spaghetti while you skin and bone cooked chicken. Tear into small pieces. Make sauce out of soup, broth, mushrooms, Worcestershire, old English cheese and garlic. Alternate layers of chicken and sauce on top of cooked pasta in a covered casserole dish. Top with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
