Ingredients For chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce

    boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in to thin strips
  • 1 c
    buttermilk
  • 1/4 c
    sriracha hot sauce or louisiana hot sauce
  • 2 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    everglades seasoning, seasoning salt
  • frying oil (enough to deep fry)
  • 1/2 c
    cup mustard
  • 1/4 c
    mayo
  • 1/4 c
    cup honey

How To Make chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce

    Combine 1st three ingredients. Marinate for at least 30 minutes

    Combine next 4 ingredients.

    Combine mustard, mayo and honey. Mix well and set aside

    Heat oil to temp of 320. Bread the tenders in the flour mixture and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Plate up with honey mustard.
