Ingredients For chicken taco casserole

  • 2 c
    cooked, shredded chicken breasts
  • 1-1/2 c
    shredded mexican-style cheese
  • 1 can
    lower-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    1% milk
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream
  • 1 can
    ro*tel diced tomatoes w/ chiles, drained
  • 1/2 pkg
    dry taco seasoning mix
  • 1 lg
    bag nacho flavored doritoe chips, crushed.

How To Make chicken taco casserole

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Layer 2 cups crushed chips in bottom of casserole dish. In lg bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except doritoes.

    Layer chicken mix, ontop of doritoes in pan. Repeat layers, ending w/ chicken mix. Top w/ a little cheese. Cover, bake 30 mins, or until bubbly.
